Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers charges for TummyMumma’s own software service. It is not the refund policy for food or products bought from businesses that use TummyMumma.

TummyMumma is a software product operated by ARK STUDIO, a proprietorship of Kaustubh Amar Shinde. Charges for TummyMumma are billed by ARK STUDIO (GSTIN 27CHGPS8333B1Z9).

1. TummyMumma subscription and service charges

TummyMumma is currently in early access. Any paid plan will have its price and terms shown to you before you pay.

Cancellation

You may ask to cancel your TummyMumma subscription at any time, in line with the plan terms in effect when you subscribed. Cancelling stops future renewals where applicable. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless your plan terms say otherwise. To cancel, email admin@tummymumma.com.

Refunds

We review refund requests for TummyMumma charges fairly. Situations we consider include:

  • a duplicate charge for the same subscription;
  • payment collected but the service not activated;
  • incorrect billing;
  • a material problem with the service that prevented you from using it, where appropriate;
  • any situation where a refund is required by applicable law.

A refund is not guaranteed in every case. To request one, email admin@tummymumma.com with your business name, the date and amount of the charge and the reason.

How approved refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or through the original payment provider wherever feasible. The time for the money to reach you can depend on the payment provider and your bank.

2. Purchases from businesses using TummyMumma

If you buy food, products or services from an independent business that uses TummyMumma, cancellation and refund terms for that purchase are set by that business, unless it is stated otherwise. TummyMumma is software used by the business; it is not the seller of those goods or services. Please contact the business you ordered from about cancellations or refunds.
