Privacy Policy

TummyMumma is a software product operated by ARK STUDIO, a proprietorship of Kaustubh Amar Shinde. In this policy, “TummyMumma”, “we” and “us” mean ARK STUDIO (GSTIN 27CHGPS8333B1Z9), FL 7, H NO 410, Parijat Housing Society, Shaniwar Peth, Opp. Natu Bag Wada, Pune, Maharashtra 411030, India.

1. Who this applies to

TummyMumma provides business-management software to independent food businesses (“businesses”). This policy covers the people who use TummyMumma for their business (owners and staff), their customers whose details are handled through TummyMumma, and visitors to this website.

When a business uses TummyMumma to manage its own customers and orders, that business decides why and how its customers’ information is used. TummyMumma processes that information on the business’s behalf to provide the service. Customers can also contact the business directly about their information.

2. Information we handle

Information businesses provide

Account information: name, sign-in email address, password (stored only in a securely hashed form) and two-step verification settings.
Business information: business name, contact details, address or service area, products, prices, photos, menus, settings, and payment-receiving details such as a UPI ID.
Business verification details, where a business chooses to provide them for payment features.

Customer information handled for businesses

Details a business enters or a customer submits when ordering: name, phone number, email if given, delivery address, order items, dates and notes.
Order and payment status information, such as amounts paid or due, payment references and receipts.

Technical and security information

Sign-in and session records, device and browser information, and security logs (for example failed sign-ins). IP addresses are stored in a protected (hashed) form in security records where possible.
Basic server logs needed to operate and protect the service.

This website

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not set its own cookies. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.

3. How we use information

To provide and operate the TummyMumma service, including orders, menus, customer records, payment tracking and receipts.
To keep accounts and data secure, and to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and misuse.
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To improve the service, using information in a way that is limited to that purpose.
To meet legal, regulatory, tax and compliance obligations.

We use information only for the purposes for which it was provided or that are compatible with them. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customers’ details for advertising.

4. Payment information

TummyMumma records payment status and references (for example the amount, method, a UPI reference or a payment provider’s transaction reference) so that businesses can track payments.

TummyMumma never collects or stores UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs, complete card numbers or banking passwords. When a regulated payment provider is used, payment credentials are entered on the provider’s own interface and are handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Cookies and sessions

The TummyMumma application uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in securely and to protect against cross-site attacks. It does not use advertising cookies. Our network and hosting providers may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the service from automated abuse. If we ever introduce analytics, we will update this policy first.

We use trusted service providers to run TummyMumma, and they process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services. These include:

hosting, network and security providers;
email providers, for messages we send and receive;
an AI provider, for features that help interpret order messages, where a business uses them;
regulated payment providers, where a business uses online payment features.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or TummyMumma. A business’s own customers’ information is visible to that business and its authorised staff.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service and for the purposes described here. Some records — for example payment, audit and security records — may need to be kept for longer to meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Security

We apply reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, two-step verification for sensitive actions, separation between businesses’ data and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Security page.

9. Your rights and requests

You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or have it erased, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Businesses can update most of their information directly in TummyMumma. If you are a customer of a business that uses TummyMumma, you can contact that business or us.

To make a request, email admin@tummymumma.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained where the law requires it or for legitimate needs such as resolving disputes. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a grievance with us at the same address.

10. Children

TummyMumma is a business service intended for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, tell businesses using TummyMumma.
