Is TummyMumma a marketplace or a delivery app?
No. TummyMumma is software for your own business. Your customers order from you, and you decide pickup or delivery. We do not cook, sell or deliver food.
Does TummyMumma hold my money?
No. TummyMumma is not a bank, wallet or payment company. With Direct UPI (in pilot with selected businesses), customers pay your own UPI ID and the money goes straight to your account.
How do I know a customer has paid?
You check your bank or UPI app. With Direct UPI (in pilot with selected businesses), the customer tells you they’ve paid with the UPI reference and you confirm it after checking. TummyMumma does not verify Direct UPI payments for you. You can also record cash and UPI payments yourself and see who still owes a balance.
Which UPI apps work?
The order’s QR code works with any UPI app your customer already uses. (Direct UPI is in pilot with selected businesses.) Above ₹2,000, a UPI app may refuse a QR image picked from the phone’s gallery. This applies to a saved or shared QR for a personal UPI ID, not to scanning it. Scanning the QR from another screen, or typing the UPI ID with the exact amount, still works. Card and online gateway payments are not available.
Is WhatsApp available?
The WhatsApp inbox is in pilot with selected businesses: it shows your WhatsApp customer chats inside TummyMumma, next to their orders, on your own business number. It is not yet open to every business. You can always share your menu link in any chat yourself.
What does it cost?
TummyMumma is in early access and pricing is not published yet. We will tell you clearly about any plan and its price before you are asked to pay. Talk to us.
Which languages can I use?
English, Hindi or Marathi, for you and for your customers when they order.
What about my FSSAI licence?
In pilot with selected businesses: your FSSAI number shows on your menu only after we have checked it by hand. This is our own check, not a government verification.
